The 2009 NCISAA Field Hockey playoffs are set. Charlotte Latin School has earned the top seed in the field as the Hawks went undefeated and won the CISAA conference title. Charlotte Country Day School gets the nod for the number two seed. The Bucs defeated all NCISAA opponents with the exception of Charlotte Latin. The top four seeds will receive first round byes and not play until next Tuesday. The Tournament itself begins this Saturday with #5 through #12 seeds playing the first round contests.
